1️⃣ What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made prior to the final payment date (May 13) will receive a refund of monies paid, less any non-recoverable administrative fees.
Cancellations after May 13 are non-refundable unless a replacement traveler is found.
Optional travel protection is strongly recommended for coverage due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
2️⃣ What if I get sick before the trip?
If you purchase Allianz travel protection, you may be eligible for reimbursement for covered medical cancellations.
If travel protection is declined, you are responsible for the full cost of the trip. A signed waiver acknowledging financial responsibility is required if insurance is not purchased.
3️⃣ Do I have to be part of Journey Gems to attend?
No. This trip is hosted by Journey Gems, the travel group division of Peace Full Travel, but it is open to friends, guests, and couples.
4️⃣ Is there a lot of walking?
This trip includes moderate walking during tours, attractions, and show venues. Participants should be comfortable walking reasonable distances and standing for short periods of time.

5️⃣ Can I travel alone?
Yes! Solo travelers are welcome.
You may request assistance in finding a roommate, or single occupancy (solo) accommodations are available.

Your trip includes round-trip motorcoach transportation, two nights lodging, four meals, guided sightseeing, show tickets, attraction admissions, and group hosting.
Customary gratuities for the driver and tour guide are collected separately at departure.
7️⃣ When will I receive final trip details?
Final reminders, departure location details, and room confirmations will be provided prior to departure once final payment has been received.
