Land-only pricing is estimated between $3,804 and $4,012 per person based on double occupancy and final group size.
This custom group journey requires a minimum of 20 travelers and is limited to approximately 30 travelers. Pricing is based on final group participation, with the estimated land-only cost ranging from $4,012 per person with 20 travelers to approximately $3,804 per person if the group reaches 30 travelers.
A $500 per person deposit secures your space. Final payment is due by February 12, 2027, and flexible payment arrangements may be made between registration and final payment.
Solo travelers are welcome. Single room accommodations are available upon request for an additional supplement of approximately $984. Because the number of single rooms is limited, early registration is encouraged for those wishing to reserve their own room.
Airfare is not included in the published tour price and will be quoted separately once airline schedules become available. Travelers may choose to fly with the group from Nashville, TN (BNA) or make their own air arrangements. One group arrival transfer and one group departure transfer are included for travelers utilizing the designated group flight schedule.
Travel protection is strongly recommended. Insurance options and pricing will be provided during registration and should be purchased shortly after booking to maximize available benefits.
Tour guide and motorcoach driver gratuities are not included in the published tour price and should be budgeted separately. A gratuity of approximately $150 per person for the tour guide and $3 per person, per touring day for the motorcoach driver is customary and appreciated.
